Breakfast: 1 apricot mullerlight yoghurt; glass of water
Lunch: 6 seafood sticks; 1 pineapple and peach mullerlight yoghurt; glass of water / diet coke
Dinner: smoked salmon omelette; herb oat-bran galette; strawberry yoghurt; diet coke
Verdict: Well 12 st something didn't last long - feeling a bit discouraged as don't think I really overindulged this week or anything, yet somehow all I've managed is 1 lb weight-loss. I guess I need to think that at least it is continuing weight-loss and hope for better in the coming week.
