Weight: 12 st 13 lbs
Weight loss: 0 lbs
Weight loss this week: 1.2 lbs in 3 days
Weight loss to date: 20 lbs in 38 days

Breakfast: mushroom omelette and cottage cheese; mug of tea

Lunch: 7 seafood sticks; strawberry yoghurt; diet coke / water

Snack: 2 seafood sticks; mug of tea

Dinner: salmon fillet; oat-bran galette; light mayonnaise; glass of squash

Verdict: No weight loss today, but at least there was no weight gain either.
