Breakfast: 1 rhubarb mullerlight yoghurt; glass of squash
Lunch: wafer-thin chicken and salad; 3 seafood sticks; glass of squash
Dinner: trout and an oat-bran galette; 1 cherry mullerlight yoghurt; diet coke
Verdict: Didn't feel like eating much this morning - steady weight loss still. In fact didn't eat that much today at all - the trout wasn't that large but by the time I'd dissected it for bones it took me forever to eat it!
