Lunch: 5 seafood sticks; 1 cherry mullerlight yoghurt; diet coke
Dinner: prawn omelette; oat-bran galette; strawberries and vanilla yoghurt; diet coke
Verdict: Yay! Lost some weight! Still it looks like it'll be a slow weight-loss week - still got another 1 lb to lose if I'm to make the 2 lb minimum target.
