Weight loss to date: 28.8 lbs in 72 days

Breakfast: 1 cherry mullerlight yoghurt; mug of tea

Lunch: 4 seafood sticks; 1 vanilla mullerlight yoghurt; diet pepsi

Dinner: Home-made beef burgers; oat-bran galette; glass of squash

Verdict: Back where I was this time last week!
