Dinner: Mushroom galette omelette; cucumber salad; glass of squash; diet pepsi; glass of wine
Verdict: Well it's going in the right direction. Had a stressful afternoon, and almost went for the fish and chips in the freezer - did indulge in a glass of my favourite wine (but only one!).
