Breakfast: 1 mandarin mullerlight yoghurt; mug of herbal tea
Lunch: cucumber and cottage cheese; 1 cherry mullerlight yoghurt; diet pepsi
Snack: 1 (small) brownie square
Dinner: homemade beefburgers; oat-bran galette; 1 apple; glass of squash
Verdict: Gained some today - ho hum. Diet-wise was a bit better than yesterday anyway, although I did succumb to another brownie. We also picked our apples (all 12 of them) so had to try one (not bad but could have been sweeter).
