Breakfast: 1 cheesecake mullerlight yoghurt; glass of water
Lunch: 3 slices granary bread; egg mayonnaise; tuna mayonnaise; salad; fruit; 1 mini chocolate muffin; orange juice; tea
Dinner: 2 slices granary bread; cheese and tomato; 2 shrewsbury biscuits; glass of squash; glass of wine
Verdict: Not bad - two weeks off, cream teas, takeaways, etc. and put on less than 3 lbs. Hopefully that should come off again fairly quickly now. Not that the first day back 'on diet' was at all Dukan - was on the train most of the day (travelling to and from London) and food-wise it was sandwiches, cake and biscuits from the buffet . . . Back to it properly tomorrow!
