Day 78

Weight: 12 st 1.2 lbs
Weight loss: 1.4 lbs
Weight loss this week: 4.6 lbs in 7 days (week 11)
Weight loss to date: 31.8 lbs in 77 days

Breakfast: 1 mandarin mullerlight yoghurt; mug of tea

Lunch: bowl of cereal; 1 vanilla mullerlight yoghurt; glass of water

Dinner: chicken and vegetable stir-fry; oat-bran galette; diet pepsi; 

Indulgences: mug of hot chocolate; small glass of cherry liqueur

Verdict: Pleased with that - recovered yesterday's weight gain plus an additional 0.2lbs weight loss.  As noted did have a couple of small 'treats' today though - plus had to resort to cereal in work.  Hoping to make 11 stone something this week - must be more disciplined tomorrow!
