Lunch: 6 seafood sticks; 1 cherry mullerlight yoghurt; glass of water
Dinner: chicken and vegetable stir-fry; oat-bran galette; glass of squash; small glass of wine
Verdict: First day back on diet 'proper' - no issues - although did feel like I could have eaten more at dinnertime. Guess I'll settle back into the swing of things soon. Didn't lose much today, but then yesterday was hardly 'Dukan' - hoping for more tomorrow.
