Day 82

Weight: 12 st 1.8 lbs
Weight gain: 0.4 lbs
Weight gain this week: 0.6 lbs in 4 days
Weight loss to date: 31.2 lbs in 81 days

Breakfast: 1 rhubarb mullerlight yoghurt; glass of water

Lunch: 6 seafood sticks; cucumber; 1 banana custard mullerlight yoghurt; glass of water

Dinner: falafel; courgette, potato and aubergine stew with pilau rice; diet coke

Verdict: Not unexpected, the weight gain that is.  Was good for most of the day, but had a dinner out with work in the evening and succumbed to the falafel - no wine though (mind you I was driving so can't really take credit for willpower).  Not expecting much of tomorrow's weigh-in!
