Day 76

Weight: 12 st 1.4 lbs
Weight loss: 1.8 lbs
Weight loss this week: 4.4 lbs in 5 days
Weight loss to date: 31.6 lbs in 75 days

Breakfast: 1 rhubarb mullerlight yoghurt; mug of tea

Lunch: Small bowl of maple and pecan cereal; 1 vanilla mullerlight yoghurt; mug of tea

Snack: cucumber; cottage cheese; diet pepsi

Dinner: Chicken curry; onion bhaji galette; diet pepsi; glass of wine

Verdict: Wow - that was a little unexpected - indulged rather today though (the curry was made with real curry sauce), and of course there was the rest of that bottle of wine, although I was helped this time!
