Breakfast: 1 banana custard mullerlight yoghurt; glass of water
Snack: 1 (very small) brownie square; handful of grapes and strawberries
Lunch: bowl of cereal; 1 vanilla mullerlight yoghurt; glass of water
Dinner: battered fish and oven chips; diet pepsi; small glass of port
Verdict: Well at least it wasn't a weight gain. There was cake and fruit for a leaving do in work, and then we'd met some friends in the pub and couldn't be bothered cooking so raided the freezer - so much for yesterday's promise to be more disciplined tomorrow! Must be more disciplined tomorrow . . .
