Breakfast: 1 banana custard mullerlight yoghurt; glass of water
Lunch: fish pie, new potatoes (not many), salad and peas; diet pepsi; mug of tea
Dinner: prawn stir-fry; oat-bran galette; 1 vanilla mullerlight yoghurt; glass of squash
Verdict: Well it was a loss. Went out for lunch, and there wasn't really anything Dukan-friendly. Got a holiday coming up, and as the decision has been made to come off the programme for the duration, and I'm already anticipating future weight gains, I guess the willpower is wavering. Think this week isn't going to go well . . .
