Day 83

Weight: 12 st 2.2 lbs
Weight gain: 0.4 lbs
Weight gain this week: 1 lbs in 5 days
Weight loss to date: 30.8 lbs in 82 days

Breakfast: bowl of raisin wheats; mug of tea

Lunch: bowl of raisin wheats; 4 seafood sticks; 1 apple; mug of tea; mug of hot chocolate

Dinner: chicken and vegetable stir-fry; roast potatoes; diet coke; glass of wine

Verdict: And I was right not to expect much - looks like this week is going to be weight gain all the way.  At least it's not that much - if I can keep it below 2lbs a week gain for the next couple of weeks as well I'll be happy enough!
